Privacy Policy - the basics
At Jasper From Java, we take pride in offering authentic, hand-selected natural jasper stones sourced directly from Java and other regions. Due to the unique and natural characteristics of each stone—including color variations, patterns, inclusions, and minor surface features—all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, perceived color differences (due to monitor/screen variations), personal preference, or mismatched expectations regarding the stone's appearance, energy properties, or metaphysical qualities.
Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items OnlyWe will consider a return or refund only in the following limited cases:

The item arrives materially damaged during shipping (e.g., significantly cracked, chipped, or broken beyond normal handling expectations).

The item received is not as described in a major way (e.g., completely wrong type of stone or dramatically different from the listed photos/specifications).
Important limitations:

Minor natural variations, small inclusions, surface texture differences, or slight shape irregularities are not considered defects—these are inherent to genuine natural jasper stones.

Claims based on "healing properties," "vibrational energy," or subjective metaphysical experiences are not eligible for refund.

Custom or personalized items (if any) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Timeframe & Process

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to report any damage or discrepancy. Claims after this period will not be accepted.

Provide clear photos of the item (including packaging if relevant) and your order number.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue instructions for return.

You must ship the item back to us (address provided upon approval) within 5 days of our approval email.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days), if it meets our criteria:

We will issue a refund for the product price only (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within 7–14 business days after inspection.
