By purchasing from Jasper from Java, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
 
1. Business Identity and Origin
We specialize in authentic Klawing River jasper from Purbalingga, Central Java, and other genuine Javanese minerals. Our family-run artisan workshop operates in Central Java, while our global distribution is coordinated through facilities in Hong Kong and Indonesia.

2. Natural Variations and Product Traits
Every specimen in our shop is a one-of-a-kind natural creation. Expect natural variations in patterns, color hues, inclusions, and textures. We provide photographs of the specific items you will receive, though please note that monitor settings may alter color perception. Our minerals are sold for collection and decor purposes; we make no claims regarding medical or metaphysical properties.
Custom orders are executed according to the specific requirements confirmed during your checkout.

3. Financial Terms and Order Execution
A legal contract is established upon order confirmation and successful payment. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. We maintain the right to restrict or cancel missions based on inventory levels, payment verification, or shipping constraints. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. International Shipping and Import Duties
Global shipments are dispatched from Hong Kong using reputable carriers like FedEx or DHL. Predicted delivery windows (usually 5–10 business days) are guidelines and not guaranteed arrivals. Customers are responsible for providing correct addresses and settling all local VAT, import duties, or customs charges. If a parcel is returned due to address errors or customs refusal, shipping fees are non-refundable, and merchandise refunds are granted at our discretion.
Responsibility for the items passes to the customer once handed to the carrier. Kindly keep all packaging until you have fully inspected your order.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations
Because of the rare and organic nature of these minerals, **all sales are final**. We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, aesthetic preference, or slight color differences.

Eligibility for a refund or replacement is strictly limited to:
- Confirmed structural breakage occurring during international transit.
- Delivery of a different mineral specimen than the one purchased.
You must contact us via email within **7 days of delivery** with your order number and photographic evidence. Authorized returns must be sent back at the buyer's expense within 5 days of approval. We refund the cost of the item only, excluding shipping costs, after a quality check. Bespoke items cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property
The unauthorized use of our photography, brand names, product descriptions, or data scraping is strictly forbidden. All media and site content remain the exclusive property of Jasper from Java.

7. Limitation of Liability
As permitted by law, Jasper from Java is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price of the relevant order. This does not limit liability for fraud or personal injury where such exclusions are legally prohibited.

8. Amendments and Governing Law
We may update these terms at any time; the version present at the time of your check-out will apply. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues in full force.
